These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zain Ride Driver mobile application operated by Zain Car Inc (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using the Zain Ride Driver application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Zain Ride Driver is intended for professional drivers aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and possess valid driving documentation as required by applicable law.
2. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle information
- Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance
- Comply with all local transportation and traffic laws
- Provide safe and professional service to passengers
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Zain Car Inc reserves the right to verify information and suspend accounts containing false or misleading details.
4. Location Services
The app uses real-time location tracking to:
- Receive ride requests
- Provide navigation assistance
- Calculate trip distance and fares
- Ensure service quality and safety
Location services may continue while the app runs in the background during active sessions.
5. Earnings & Payments
Driver earnings are calculated based on completed trips according to the platform’s pricing structure.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and withdrawal terms are defined within the app or applicable agreements.
6. In-App Communication
The app provides in-app messaging between drivers and passengers for service-related communication only.
Abuse, harassment, or misuse of communication tools may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Drivers may not:
- Manipulate fares or trip routes
- Share accounts
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harass or discriminate against passengers
Violations may lead to immediate termination.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Zain Car Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is.”
Zain Car Inc is not responsible for:
- Driver actions outside the app
- Service interruptions
- Losses resulting from misuse of the platform
